About the Opportunity

Franchise Friend is looking for ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Managers to connect aspiring professionals with banking career development and training opportunities.

The ideal candidate will identify individuals interested in pursuing careers in banking, explain relevant banking courses and training programs, guide eligible candidates through the enrollment process, and develop partnerships with educational institutions and training providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with candidates aspiring to build careers in banking.

• Generate leads through social media, job portals, college networks, referrals, and telecalling.

• Counsel candidates about banking courses, training programs, eligibility criteria, and career pathways.

• Follow up with interested candidates and convert qualified leads into course enrollments.

• Build relationships with colleges, educational institutions, training providers, and recruitment partners.

• Maintain candidate databases and track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Achieve monthly business development and enrollment targets.

• Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth candidate onboarding experience.
