Location: Field-based (Client Meetings & Market Visits)
Role Summary
is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive service sales in Integrated Facility Management (IFM). The role involves extensive fieldwork, client interactions, lead generation, presentations, and closing service contracts. The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, and skilled in consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities for Facility Management and
Integrated Facility Management services
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site surveys
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IFM solutions
• Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and service pitches to prospective clients
• Coordinate with operations and internal teams for solution design and costing
• Negotiate commercial terms and close service contracts
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Track sales activities and prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and follow-ups
• Represent BVG India Ltd. professionally during meetings, presentations, and events
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Eligibility & Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Marketing background preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B service sales (Facility Management experience is an
added advantage)
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and selling skills may also be considered
