Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. As a BDE, you will be the face of FNA Marketing Solutions, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving company growth through strategic sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, and field visits.
Client Relationship: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Sales Pitching: Conduct professional meetings and presentations to explain our marketing services.
Negotiation: Handle client inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.
Market Research: Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Reporting: Maintain daily reports of calls, meetings, and sales closures.
Requirements & Skills
Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA or BBA preferred but not mandatory).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Mindset: A "never-give-up" attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and professionally.
Technical: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) and CRM tools.
