Business Development Executive – Loan Products

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through direct sales, references, digital channels, and market visits.

- Identify potential customers and understand their financial and loan requirements.

- Explain suitable loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.

- Collect and verify required customer documents and coordinate with the credit and operations teams.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely processing of applications.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, and other business partners.

- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and follow-ups.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in loan products, banking, NBFC, or fintech.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.

- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.

- Willingness to travel for field sales and customer meetings.
