About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Client Acquisition Executive to help us expand our recruitment business by acquiring new corporate clients and bringing in active recruitment requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the recruitment/staffing market, and the ability to connect with HR professionals, business owners, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential companies that have active hiring requirements.

• Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, Business Owners, and decision-makers.

• Generate new corporate clients and recruitment mandates for I Resource Recruitment.

• Understand the client's manpower requirements, job profiles, experience, salary range, and number of vacancies.

• Share qualified recruitment requirements with our recruitment team for further execution.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into active recruitment business.

• Explore companies using LinkedIn, job portals, business directories, references, networking, and other channels.

• Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and regularly update the status of leads.

• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team throughout the hiring process when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Recruitment Sales, Staffing, HR Services, or B2B Sales will be preferred.

• Candidates with existing connections with HR professionals or companies will have an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to independently generate leads and approach new companies.

• Good understanding of corporate hiring and recruitment requirements.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Comfortable working on a commission-based model.

• Freelancers, independent recruiters, recruitment consultants, and professionals with strong corporate networks are welcome to apply.

Earn attractive commission for every successful client/recruitment mandate generated through your efforts.

There is no fixed salary for this position. Commission will be paid based on successful business generated from the clients referred/acquired by you.
