Generate new business leads through architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and channel partners
Identify B2B opportunities from offices, hotels, cafes, hospitals, institutions, and commercial projects
Follow up on walk-in and inquiry leads for bulk, corporate, and project furniture requirements
Build strong professional relationships with interior consultants, architects, and dealers
Conduct client meetings, site visits, space discussions, and requirement analysis
Coordinate with showroom sales team for product presentations, catalogues, samples, and quotation support
Share BOQ-based proposals, customized furniture solutions, and commercial offers
Support pricing discussions, payment terms negotiation, and final order closure
Maintain proper CRM / Excel sales pipeline for all project, institutional, and bulk furniture leads
Achieve monthly sales targets for project sales and corporate business development
Track competitor pricing, builder activity, and market trends
Generate repeat business and referrals from existing architects, designers, and corporate clients
Ensure smooth coordination with production, dispatch, and installation teams

Follow up on customer satisfaction and post-installation feedback
