We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team at EventoCraft. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, supporting key business development activities, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities and identify potential client leads through various channels.
• Conduct cold calling and outreach activities to introduce company services and secure meetings with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Coordinate effectively with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and projects.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute actively to the organization's business growth objectives.
• Prepare reports and updates on sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities for internal review.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and client information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with 2–4 years of experience in Sales and Business Development. Candidates with prior experience in the Exhibitions / Booth Designing industry will be preferred.
The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong interpersonal abilities, a result-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates should be comfortable with cold calling and client interactions.
