Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE)

Company: Elightwalk Technology

Job Overview:

Elightwalk Technology is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive who can generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication and passionate about achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities
Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and networking
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities

Required Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good presentation and convincing ability
Self-motivated and target-driven
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in any field
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Prior sales/BDE experience is an added advantage
