Job Description:

Drive business growth for Elevate Health World and its partner healthcare centres. The role involves acquiring new clinic/diagnostic centre partnerships as well as generating patients, referrals and business opportunities for existing EHW partners through field marketing, local outreach and relationship building.

Job Details:

1. Acquire new clinic, diagnostic centre and healthcare partnerships for EHW.

2. Drive referrals and business growth for existing EHW partner clinics.

3. Conduct regular field visits, meet doctors/owners and develop local business relationships.

4. Handle calling, follow-ups and lead conversion to achieve monthly targets

Salary & Incentive Structure:

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 + ₹2000 (TA) per month

Annual Salary Increment: 10% to 15% on base

Performance Incentives: Additional incentives are payable upon exceeding the defined minimum monthly performance targets.

Clinic Partnership Commission: For every new clinic partnership successfully acquired and closed for Elevate Health World, the employee will receive 20% of the actual amount received by EHW from that clinic for the first 3 months of the partnership.

Expected Earning Potential: 17000 to 20000+ per month, depending on performance, target achievement and partnerships generated on a monthly basis
