Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Recruitment Consultant
Role & Responsibilities:
Generate new clients for recruitment services
Understand client hiring needs and close deals
Coordinate with recruitment team for timely closures
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly business targets
Requirements:
Experience in B2B sales or recruitment consultancy preferred
Good communication & negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
