Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive – In-house Sales (B2B) to manage inbound leads, convert inquiries into orders, and develop long-term customer relationships.
This role carries direct responsibility for lead conversion, revenue generation, and customer relationship development in a B2B environment. The position primarily involves handling inquiries received via platforms such as IndiaMART and other offline channels, preparing quotations, and ensuring a smooth sales-to-order experience.
This is a strictly on-site, full-time role. Work-from-home or part-time options are not available.

Compensation
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(Final salary will depend on qualifications, experience, interview performance, and training requirements. There is no upper limit for exceptionally capable candidates.)

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management
• Handle inbound B2B leads generated from IndiaMART and other online/offline sources.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via calls, messages, and emails.
• Ensure systematic follow-ups until logical closure (order confirmation or rejection).
2. Business Development & Sales Conversion
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Prepare and share accurate, competitive quotations in coordination with internal teams.
• Actively pursue lead conversion and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management
• Provide professional support throughout the sales cycle.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Address customer queries, coordination needs, and basic issue resolution efficiently.
4. Internal Coordination & Office Support
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and orders.
• Update data in internal systems, spreadsheets, or CRM tools.
• Assist with basic administrative and documentation tasks when required.

• Timely response to all assigned inbound leads.
• Consistent and disciplined follow-ups without constant supervision.

Eligibility & Qualifications
• Education: Graduate in any discipline preferred OR minimum HSC (12th pass).
• Prior experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach.
• Ability to negotiate, persuade, and close inquiries effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM familiarity is a plus.
• Female candidates preferred due to team structure and role requirements; however, merit and capability remain the primary selection criteria.
