2. Complete sales cycle: lead generation → contact → demo → sales closure → software training.
3. Customer retention & service with strategic approach.
4. Provide online demos to customers.
5. Answer queries & follow sales scripts.
6. Follow company policies & procedures.
7. Call active/old customers to encourage repeat purchase.
8. Adapt sales pitch based on client behavior & background.
9. Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
