About the Role
We are looking for a confident, presentable, and result-oriented female candidate who can effectively handle Indian as well as international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, presence of mind, and the ability to generate and convert leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn, social media, and cold calling.
We specifically prefer candidates who are active on LinkedIn, have a good understanding of how to use it professionally, and can leverage it for networking, client engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate quality leads through LinkedIn, social media, cold calling, and other online platforms
• Actively use LinkedIn for networking, client engagement, and lead generation
• Perform cold calling to connect with Indian and international (Europe/global) clients
• Identify decision-makers and pitch exhibition solutions effectively
• Handle client communication (calls, messages, emails) professionally
• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
• Convert leads into business opportunities and close deals
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term client relationships
• Coordinate internally with the design and execution teams for smooth project delivery
• Maintain basic tracking of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Requirements
• Female candidates preferred
• Graduate (any stream)
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Confident, presentable personality
• Strong presence of mind & convincing ability
• Basic understanding of marketing & sales
• Active on LinkedIn with a good profile and regular usage
• Ability to generate leads via LinkedIn and other platforms
• Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven mindset
Salary & Incentives
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
Performance-based incentives (over and above salary)
Incentive structure will be discussed with the final selected candidate
