We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at DNK SOFTWARE PVT LTD PUNE. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business leads through online & offline channels.
• Identify and research potential clients and companies.
• Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Understand client requirements and communicate suitable solutions.
• Schedule meetings and product/service demos with prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain lead information and regularly update the CRM.
• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to convert opportunities into clients.
Job Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of sales & business development concepts.
• Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email, and online lead-generation tools.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
