We are hiring experienced Business Development Executives to drive B2B sales for our AI-based digital automation services in the Middle East (GCC) market. The role includes identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals through consultative selling and LinkedIn prospecting.
➤ Identify, qualify & engage B2B clients in the Middle East/GCC via LinkedIn, email outreach & cold calling
➤ Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, presentations, negotiations & closures
➤ Develop lead-generation strategies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator & CRM tools
➤ Work with marketing & technical teams to prepare proposals and automation demos
➤ Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
➤ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
➤ Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients
➤ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
➤ 2–6 years of experience in B2B IT / Automation / AI / SaaS sales (GCC market preferred)
➤ Strong experience in LinkedIn lead generation, email outreach & CRM tools
➤ Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
➤ Ability to understand and explain automation solutions
