Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, meetings, and field visits

• Generate leads and convert them into customers

• Handle corporate clients for IT hardware sales, laptop rentals, and IT solutions

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution

• Maintain sales reports and client database

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Strong negotiation and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of computers / IT products preferred

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and basic CRM tools

Qualification:

• Graduate / Undergraduate (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred)

• 0–3 years of experience in sales or business development

• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
