Job Summary:
Divine Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products/services
Prepare and share quotations with clients
Follow up with potential customers to close deals
Maintain customer database and sales records
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and delivery
