Job Summary
IKVORA is hiring an experienced Business Development Executive for ELV, Security Systems and ICT Project Sales.
This position is strictly for candidates having prior experience in B2B project sales, system integration, ELV, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Networking, Building Automation or related technical solution sales.
The selected candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, meeting decision-makers, identifying projects, developing the sales pipeline and closing profitable project orders.
This is not a trainee or learning position. We require candidates who understand field sales, B2B customer engagement and project-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B project sales opportunities across Delhi NCR.
Identify upcoming commercial, industrial, institutional and real estate projects.
Conduct regular field visits and direct customer meetings.
Meet Facility Managers, Security Heads, Admin Heads, IT Heads, Procurement Teams, Project Managers, MEP Consultants, Architects, Contractors and Developers.
Generate leads through cold visits, industry networking, referrals and existing market contacts.
Understand customer requirements for ELV, security and ICT systems.
Coordinate with the technical and presales team for site surveys, BOQ and solution design.
Prepare and follow up commercial proposals and project quotations.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and update opportunity status regularly.
Negotiate commercial terms and actively work towards order closure.
Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, facility management companies and corporate customers.
Identify AMC, system upgrade and recurring service opportunities from existing and new customers.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Mandatory Experience
Candidate must have prior sales experience in at least one of the following industries:
CCTV / Video Surveillance
ELV Systems
Electronic Security Systems
Access Control
Fire Alarm Systems
Networking / ICT Infrastructure
Building Automation / BMS
System Integration
MEP / Low Voltage Projects
Security Technology Solutions
Candidates from unrelated industries, pure retail sales, counter sales, telecalling-only roles, insurance, credit card or general FMCG sales will not be considered.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of relevant B2B or project sales experience.
Existing understanding of project sales cycles.
Ability to independently identify and approach potential customers.
Comfortable with daily field visits across Delhi NCR.
Experience meeting corporate and project decision-makers.
Basic understanding of BOQ, quotations and technical-commercial proposals.
Strong follow-up, negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Target-driven and capable of working with limited supervision.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
