Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and expand our client base in the digital marketing space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.) and a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and target potential clients (SMEs, startups, and enterprises) needing digital marketing services.
Use LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and networking to generate leads.
Client Acquisition & Sales Pitch:
Present digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads, Web Development, etc.) to prospects.
Conduct meetings, demos, and follow-ups to close deals.
Revenue Growth:
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
Market Research:
Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs.
Relationship Management:
Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Collaboration:
Work with the marketing and delivery teams to align strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have:
1+ years in B2B sales/business development (digital marketing industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Good-to-Have:
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
Familiarity with proposal creation and contract negotiation.
