Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Safia Complex - 3rd floor, near Big Bite, Aambagan Sakchi, Jamshedpur Jharkhand

Employment Type: Full-Time Experience

Required: 6 Months–2 Years

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Ranchi. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, scheduling meetings, and contributing to business growth through effective communication and sales strategies and sales closing as well.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and generate new business opportunities through calling, building networking, email, LinkedIn etc.

 Connect with prospective clients and explain company services.

 Schedule meetings and follow up with leads regularly.

 Maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

 Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

 Prepare daily reports and update Excel/Googlesheet/CRM/sales records.

 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.

 Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills:

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Basic knowledge of sales and business development.

 Confidence in client handling and negotiations.

 Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

 MS excel, manage CRM and basic computer knowledge.

 Strong follow-up and convincing skills.

Qualification:

 Graduate in any discipline.

 MBA/Marketing background preferred.

Salary: Upto 20k + Incentives
