Educational Qualification
BE/B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical – Mandatory
MBA in Marketing/Sales – Preferred
Experience Requirements
2–4 years of experience in selling to Lighting clients (LED, Fixtures, Drivers manufacturers & vendors)
Experience selling electronic components is an added advantage
Understanding of VFD drives ecosystem and experience working with:
System integrators
Panel builders
Automation project teams
Crane/Hoist, Lift, Elevator, CNC Machine manufacturers
Desired Background & Skills
Strong industry contacts in the Lighting sector
Experience managing large dealers/distributors across India
Prior sales experience with:
Resistors or passive electronic components
Drives
Panels/system integration
Automation projects
Experience with clients from energy meters, elevators, cranes, UPS, battery chargers, switchgear & lighting industries
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
Should have experience working in variable-based compensation structures (min 20% variable of CTC)
Strong communication, negotiation & reporting skills
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Customer Visits & Enquiry Management
Visit B2B customers, dealers & distributors
Generate new enquiries and maintain follow-ups
Respond to B2B portal and website enquiries
Coordinate technical feasibility checks with Product/Design Managers
2. Sales Promotion Activities
Participate in exhibition planning & discussions
Coordinate with exhibition agencies (layout, furniture, payments)
Manage updates on Indiamart, ExporterIndia, TradeIndia, Tradexl portals
3. Reporting
Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Submit reports to management for review
