Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
Generate leads through calls, emails, and networking
Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Prior experience in sales/business development is a plus
