Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain the company's interior design and turnkey services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule client appointments.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
Update customer records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
Experience: 6 months–4 years in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or Business Development.
Good spoken communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong persuasion and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
