Responsibilities and Duties:
● Conduct initial outreach to prospects, explain offerings, and understand their requirements.
● Schedule meetings, demos, and discussions for the sales team.
● Maintain strong follow-up communication to nurture leads until conversion.
● Participate in client calls when required to support the sales cycle.
● Coordinate with TLs & Operations teams for targeted campaigns and lead nurturing.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
● 0–6 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or inside sales.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
● Ability to research, analyse data, and identify opportunities.
● Proactive attitude with strong follow-up discipline.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
● Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
