Job Description - B2B Sales Executive (Business Development Executive)
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential leads provided via performance marketing campaigns.
Understand customer needs and pitch relevant skincare products.
Follow-up on cold and warm leads regularly to ensure high conversion.
Explain product features, benefits, usage, and offers clearly.
Maintain a daily call and conversion tracker using CRM or Excel.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Resolve queries and objections professionally and confidently.
Coordinate with the marketing and logistics team for smooth customer experience.
Requirements
Required Skills:
Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or inside sales.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a bonus).
Confident, energetic, and target-driven.
Ability to understand skincare product features and explain them effectively.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM tools.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
