About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Jodhpur & Jaipur. This role is ideal for someone passionate about renewable energy and skilled at identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and promoting sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar sector
• Generate leads via market research, cold calling, networking, and industry events
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
• Deliver impactful presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities
Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate in any stream
• 1–3 years of business development/sales experience (preferably in solar/renewables)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the local language
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and in teams
• Willing to travel across the assigned region
