Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding until project handover
Ensure a smooth transition to delivery teams
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Sales Pipeline & Reporting
Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipelines
Track sales KPIs including leads, conversions, closures, and revenue
Prepare monthly sales performance reports and forecasts for management
