Job Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven business development manager (BDM) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive growth in the exhibition industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients in the exhibition and events industry
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online research
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for execution
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
Attend exhibitions, events, and industry meets for business development
Track market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in business development/sales (exhibition industry preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel within Delhi/NCR
