BNC has been mandated to recruit a Business Development Executive for a leading Financial Advisory Firm based in Delhi-NCR.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious professional to identify business opportunities, acquire clients, and promote financial products and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify new leads
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Understand client financial requirements
• Present financial products and tailored solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
• Ensure timely follow-ups and manage the complete sales cycle
• Prepare sales reports and provide market insights
• Participate in client meetings and events
Eligibility & Skills
• Graduate (any discipline; Finance/Marketing preferred)
• 0–3 years’ experience in Sales/BD/Financial Services
• Basic understanding of financial products
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Goal-driven, confident, and eager to learn
• MS Office / CRM knowledge is an added advantage
