Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and acquire clients for housekeeping, security, and technical Facility Management Services
• Conduct cold calls, client visits, networking, and online outreach
• Understand client needs and create customized proposals
• Coordinate with operations team for service planning and pricing
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
• Build relationships with decision-makers in corporates, hospitals, malls, etc.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain records and updates in CRM system
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
