Role Objective:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused professional to join our Primary Sales team in Bangalore as an Assistant Sales Manager. The role is designed for individuals with a passion for real estate and a proven ability to convert leads into long-term customers. You will be the face of our projects, responsible for driving sales closures while delivering exceptional service to our homebuyers.

•Working days - 6 days ( Tuesday off )
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement & Site Management
o Conduct site visits, project briefings, and offer personalized walkthroughs of properties.
o Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable options from our inventory portfolio.
• Sales Closure & Negotiation
o Prepare proposals, assist in price negotiations, and close deals professionally.
o Maintain complete deal documentation and ensure a smooth handover to post-sales teams.
• Market Intelligence
o Stay updated on micro-market trends, competing projects, and customer sentiment.
o Provide feedback to the sales head and marketing team for product and pricing alignment.
• Customer Relationship Management
o Build rapport with clients, ensuring long-term relationships and generating referrals.
o Provide after-sales support and coordinate with internal departments to address any buyer queries.
Required Skills & Abilities:

• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM tools and reporting systems.
• Real estate experience preferred; freshers with strong sales drive will also be considered.
