Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Business Development Executive who will be responsible for calling, client coordination, and sales for our digital marketing and lead generation services, especially in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to builders, developers, and channel partners

• Explain LeadBuddy’s digital marketing & lead generation services

• Generate and qualify leads for sales conversion

• Maintain strong relationships with real estate clients

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable marketing solutions

• Coordinate with internal team for campaign execution

• Follow up with prospects and close deals

• Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates
  
  Candidate Requirements

  • Female candidate preferred

  • Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

  • Confidence in calling & client handling

  • Basic understanding of sales / marketing (training can be provided)

  • Experience in real estate / digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
