🔍 Job Summary

RulesIQ India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring energetic and ambitious freshers for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE) – US Staffing. This position is ideal for candidates aspiring to build a career in sales, client acquisition, and US recruitment. Selected candidates will receive structured training and hands-on exposure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, and professional networking

• Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Support sales meetings, presentations, and client communications

• Conduct market research to understand US staffing trends and client needs

• Assist in preparing proposals, sales strategies, and deal closures

• Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams for smooth execution

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

• Provide regular reports and updates to management

🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome (complete training will be provided)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Willingness to work in a night shift / US staffing environment

• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Understanding of the US Staffing industry is an added advantage

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (not mandatory)

• Ability to manage leads and client data in CRM systems

• Understanding of lead lifecycle management (new leads, follow-ups, closures)

• Experience or willingness to log calls, emails, and client interactions

• Ability to generate basic sales reports and activity updates

• Strong attention to data accuracy and follow-up reminders

• Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude

• Passion for sales, business development, and client interaction
