Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in connecting with students, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them toward the right educational programs. This is a consultative role that blends counselling with business strategy — not just sales, but student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and convert prospective leads into enrollments

• Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic programs

• Maintain follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp

• Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding
