Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with prospective students/clients and converting leads into enrollments.

Candidates who can speak Tamil will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about courses and services offered by Bilivin Education

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up on leads

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students

• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

Requirements & Skills

• Fluency in Tamil is preferred (English required)

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment

• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or counselling is an advantage

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Working Details

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Mode: Work from Office
