The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers via phone, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities. This role focuses on outbound and inbound calling, relationship building, and supporting business growth through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Generate and qualify leads through telecasting and online sources.
Explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
Follow up with prospective clients to close sales or schedule meetings.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or undergraduate
Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems (preferred)
Preferred Skills :
Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development
Experience in B2B or B2C sales
Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
