Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for handling Business Development and Project activities of the company. The company reserves the right to assign additional responsibilities as required in the company’s interest.
In your capacity as Manager – BD & Projects, you will report to the CEO & Directors or any other officer deputed by them.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Business Development
Marketing of company products.
Lead generation and achieving business targets.
Using Sales Funnel Management tools and formats.
Regular customer follow-ups.
Expanding market presence in assigned regions.
2️⃣ Customer Coordination
Ensure effective communication with clients.
Maintain strong customer relationships.
Work towards Total Customer Satisfaction.
3️⃣ Project Management
Oversee execution of assigned projects.
Coordinate between internal departments and clients.
Ensure timely completion and reporting.
Reporting Requirements
Submit Daily Activity Report (DAR).
Non-submission of reports may be treated as absence.
Submit Monthly Activity Report (MAR) as required.
Performance and cost per call will be monitored closely.
Travel & Allowances
Local Travel:
Reimbursement at ₹4 per KM.
Subject to submission of Daily Activity Report.
Outstation Travel:
Hotel Stay Reimbursement:
₹1000–1200 (Tier 1 Cities)
₹600–1000 (Tier 2 Cities)
Conveyance reimbursed at actuals (with bills).
Inter-city travel by Bus/Train.
Local travel by Auto/Rickshaw.
Daily Allowance:
₹300 per day (if outside Hyderabad).
Salary Structure
CTC: ₹4,80,000 per annum
Monthly CTC: ₹40,000

Basic Salary

Conveyance Allowance
Medical Allowance (₹15,000 per year)
Other applicable components
Employer PF contribution
ESI (if applicable)
Professional Tax
Performance Linked Incentives
Performance Incentive:
₹3,000 per month
₹36,000 per annum (subject to performance)
Probation Period
6 months probation.
Confirmation based on performance evaluation.
Code of Conduct
No unauthorized commitments on behalf of the company.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Must comply with applicable laws and company policies.
Expected to work with integrity, efficiency, and loyalty.
Retirement age: 55 years.
