Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
Explain insurance products (Life / Health / General) to potential customers
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel sheets
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth client onboarding
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presales documentation
Follow up with interested clients and nurture relationships
Research market trends and competitor offerings
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
