Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate recruitment/advisory solutions
Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into active clients
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions
Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely closures
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Desired Candidate Profile
2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition (preferably in recruitment, consulting, or services industry)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
Confident, presentable, and client-focused attitude
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
