Business Development Associate – Real Estate

📍 Location: E-3, Arera Colony, Bhopal
💼 Experience: Fresher / Experienced
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
🕒 Job Type: Full-time, In-office
⏰ Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients, property listings, and new business opportunities in the real estate market.

• Assist in client meetings, property presentations, and negotiations.

• Coordinate and support property visits with prospective buyers and investors.

• Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and basic sales documentation.

• Maintain and regularly update the CRM database with accurate client and property details.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets.

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good computer proficiency and internet research skills.

• Interest in real estate sales, business development, and client handling.

• Must be available for full-time, in-office work.
