Job Opening: Business Development Associate – Real Estate

Location: E-3, Arera Colony, Bhopal

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Job Type: Full-time, In-office (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday)

Department: Business Development

Reporting To: Business Development Manager / Sales Head

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities -

Identify potential clients, property listings, and new business opportunities in the real estate market.

Assist in client meetings, property presentations, and negotiations.

Coordinate and support property visits with prospective buyers and investors.

Prepare proposals, follow-up with clients, and maintain basic sales documentation. Maintain and regularly update the CRM database with accurate client and property details.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.

Eligibility & Skills Required -

Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good computer proficiency and internet research skills.

Interest in real estate sales, business development, and client handling.

Must be available for full-time, in-office work.
