Role Objective

We are seeking dynamic and persuasive Tele-calling Executives (Inbound calling) to join our growing team. In this dual-impact role, you will be responsible for driving car sales through lead generation and professional outreach while undergoing continuous training in Personality Development and Corporate Communication. This is an ideal role for individuals looking to build a career in high-value sales while sharpening their professional persona.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Generation

• Outbound Calling: Proactively call potential customers from provided databases to pitch car financing, exchange, or purchase options.

• Lead Qualification: Filter and qualify leads based on interest, budget, and urgency.

• Product Knowledge: Clearly explain car features, specifications, and Autocred India’s unique value propositions.

• Appointment Setting: Coordinate between potential buyers and the field sales team or dealerships.

• Follow-ups: Maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule with "warm" leads to maximize conversion.
