Role Overview
Reouted IT Start Up is looking for a professional and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and generate new business opportunities globally. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT sales or general sales and the ability to communicate confidently with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for Jaiton’s technology services.
Communicate and manage client interactions across Australia, USA, and Middle East regions.
Present company services and solutions to prospective clients.
Convert leads into potential business opportunities and close deals.
Build strong relationships with clients and maintain long-term engagement.
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure successful project onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements
1.5 – 2 years experience in IT sales or any sales role.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Ability to handle international clients professionally.
Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Target-Based Bonuses with unlimited earning opportunities
5% Incentive on successful target achievement
