Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 Per Month (In-hand) + Incentives (Open to higher for exceptional candidates) Education: B.Tech. / MBA / Post-Graduation in a related field
Role Overview: As a BDE at Auctors, you will be the face of the company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and representing the brand across various regions in India. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys travel and thrives on closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Travel extensively across India (Pan-India) for client meetings, site visits, and business expansion.
Conduct product demonstrations and present business proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
