Business Development Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Associate to join AS Digital Technologies. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching digital marketing services, following up with prospects, and converting them into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals

• Pitch company services such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Website Development, and Social Media Marketing

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable marketing solutions

• Schedule meetings with potential clients

• Follow up regularly and close deals

• Maintain daily lead reports and sales pipeline

• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional preferred

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in speaking to clients

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines

• Freshers can apply

• Experience in sales/telecalling/business development is an advantage

Qualification

• HSC / Graduate / Undergraduate can apply

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
