Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (companies) who require recruitment or HR services.

• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.

• Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment plans.

• Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other online channels.

• Collaborate with the HR team to deliver quality candidates to clients.

• Help in developing marketing strategies and growth plans for Arova.

• Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR services.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to grow with a startup.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

• Prior experience in business development, sales, or HR (preferred but not mandatory).

• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
