Identify and reach out to potential clients (companies) who require recruitment or HR services.
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.
Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment plans.
Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other online channels.
Collaborate with the HR team to deliver quality candidates to clients.
Help in developing marketing strategies and growth plans for Arova.
Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR services.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to grow with a startup.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Prior experience in business development, sales, or HR (preferred but not mandatory).
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
