Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and customer reports using ERP software.
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Stores, and Accounts teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and order updates in the ERP system.
Conduct market research to identify new customers, competitors, and emerging market trends.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
