KEMP Industrial Tools Private Limited is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and expand our market presence in industrial tools and equipment. The role involves lead generation, client handling, quotation management, and supporting e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms
Handle incoming enquiries and convert them into sales
Prepare and share quotations for industrial tools and equipment
Follow up with clients for order closure and payment collection
Maintain and update customer database via calls, emails, and CRM/Excel
Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end users
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
Manage and support e-commerce platforms (IndiaMART, Amazon, website enquiries, etc.)
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
Conduct basic market research and competitor tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, or relevant field)
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / industrial products / inside sales
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Experience in handling quotations, client follow-ups, and negotiations
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools
Ability to handle multiple enquiries and prioritize tasks
Preferred Skills
Experience in industrial tools, engineering products, or hardware industry
Familiarity with platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Amazon
Understanding of technical product specifications (added advantage)
