We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales conversions through calls, emails, and online channels.
Key Responsibilities
· Reach out to potential customers via phone calls and emails.
· Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
· Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound activities.
· Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up regularly.
· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
· Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems.
· Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams when required.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
