Agromaxx Industry is looking for a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Agri-Advisor to provide expert agricultural guidance to farmers through telephonic interactions. The role involves understanding farmers' crop requirements, recommending suitable Agromaxx products, generating sales opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact farmers through outbound and inbound calls.

• Understand farmers' crop requirements and provide suitable agricultural advice.

• Recommend the company's fertilizers, pesticides, and other agricultural products.

• Explain product usage, dosage, and benefits to farmers.

• Generate sales leads and coordinate with the field sales team for conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/ERP system.

• Follow up with existing and potential customers to build long-term relationships.

• Resolve customer queries and ensure timely support.

• Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and sales targets.

• Prepare and submit daily work reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agriculture) or a related field preferred.

• Freshers or candidates with relevant experience in agri-advisory, telecalling, or customer support may apply.

• Good knowledge of crops, fertilizers, pesticides, and modern farming practices.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Customer-focused approach.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/CRM).

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
